I have been missing Lenovo from the top end flagship battles, but not anymore. Lenovo is challenging Xiaomi and LeEco for a Dual in its home turf. Brace yourself with the new Lenovo Zuk Z2 Pro powered by the magnanimous Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and insane 6 GB Ram.
I am already worried about my investment in the Samsung S7 with only 4 GB of RAM, by the end of 2016 8 GB RAM is going to be a norm for some insane flagships. (On serious note 4 GB is more than enough that Android needs).
The Lenovo Zuk Z2 Pro is priced at an incredibly low Rs. 27,000 or 2699 CNY. “Take that Xiaomi Mi5, ” says the Zuk Z2 Pro.
The smartphone has got launched in China today and will go on sale starting 22nd April. There is yet no details shared by Lenovo India if they plan to bring the device to India. While there is so much happening in the mobile world, actual flagships to buy in India with flagship processor (SD 820/ Exynos 8890) are just 2.
Samsung S7 and S7 edge, and if you count the lower clocked Mi 5 then there are three options. Note 5 , OnePlus 2 , Nexus 6 are old from a processor generations perspective.
LG G5, HTC 10 , Xiaomi Mi5 Pro, Le Max Pro all are yet to get launched in India. Even the Samsung S7s run on the Exynos 8890. I feel miserable with so less actual options in India, for the flagship buyers currently.
But All is going to change in May and June J – Plenty of these options will be available.
Sorry for drifting away, the Lenovo Zuk Z2 Pro comes with 128 GB of storage. Lenovo is not in a mood to have any compromise with any hardware spec. Battle On LeEcO.
The Lenovo Zuk Z2 Pro comes with a 13 Megapixel camera with optical image stabilization & f/1.8 aperture size, to offer incredible clarity. The smartphone has a 8 Megapixel selfie camera at the front with f/2.0 aperture to take good low light selfies.
