Motorola has launched a Virat Kohli edition of the Moto G3 priced at Rs. 16,999 in India.Now,they are ready to launch Moto G4 and G4 Plus launch expected on Flipkart June 2016
The former “Moto G4″ and will be the base variant with 5.2” Full HD display.
The Processor might be bumped up to Snapdragon 430 chipset coupled with 2 Gb ram.
While the cameras might not get an upgrade and will remain 13 Mp rear and 5 Mp front shooter.
As far as the battery is concerned it is rumored to have somewhat close to 2800 mah battery.
Moto G4 Plus
While the “Moto G4 Plus” variant will sport a large 5.5″ Full HD display.
The processor would be an upgrade from low end to wonderful mid-range SOC. It’ll be Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 chipset coupled with 3 Gb RAM.
The cameras for this variant will get and upgrade to a 16 megapixel rear and an 8-megapixel front camera. It will be powered by a long lasting 3000 maH battery.
Interestingly, Moto G4 Plus will also sport a square fingerprint reader on the front panel. There is a curious looking hole besides the sensor whose details are not clear as of yet.
Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus will have a similar camera placement and can likely have a Sony Sensor.
Given that the previous Moto phones were released long back in July 2015. Everyone was thinking that the Moto devices would release in April 2016 but we may have to wait a bit more. Flipkart has been the exclusive partner for Motorola since the glorious days of first Moto G, and is expected to be for the new smartphones.
