Micromax Unite 4 Pro Comes with New Indus OS 2.0 – Micromax have 2 new entrants in its Unite series with Micromax Unite 4 and Micromax Unite 4 Pro both respectively priced at ₹ 6,999 and ₹ 7,499. The new unite smartphones are the entry level smartphones for the first timer smartphone buyers.
The Micromax Unite 4 will be available online as well as offline, on the other hand the Unite 4 PRO is a Snapdeal exclusive mobile and will be available from 30th June 2016.



The Micromax Unite 4 flaunts a 5 inch HD (720X1080) display. It is powered by the 1 GHz Quad-core MediaTek (MT6735P) processor along with 1 GB of RAM.
The phone provides a decent 8 Gb of storage with expandability upto 32 GB via Micro-SD card.The smartphone is powered by the 2500mAh battery. Surprisingly it comes with the latest OS Android Marshmallow along with Indus 2.0 skin on top.
This Indus OS UI is present on both the phones and it brings support for 12 regional languages, App Bazaar (which is Indus’ regional language app marketplace), Indus-to-Indus free SMS services, Indus Swipe feature, and more.

Indus OS 2.0 also brings text-to-speech technology in 6 Indian languages and these are the first Micromax Smartphones to come with the Indus 2.0 OS in the Indian market.
Also the App Bazaar is it allows users to download and pay for apps without email IDs and credit cards.

Micromax Unite 4 Pro Comes with massive 3900 mAH Battery
The Micromax Unite 4 Pro features Quad-core Spreadtrum (SC9832) processor clocked at 1.3 Ghz and paired with 2 Gb of RAM.
The storage capacity is bumped upto 16 GB inbuilt with expandable option till 32Gb more.
However it lets down in the software department with Android 5.1 Lollipop and surprisingly its less expensive sibling sports the latest Android OS.
Powering this phone is 3900 mAh battery which can easily last all day long with mixed usage. Both the smartphones also support 4G LTE bands in India.
The common specs in both the phones are  5 inch 720p HD displays. Both smartphones comes with a fingerprint sensor as well as Dual sim support.

The fingerprint scanner placement is different in both the smartphones with Unite 4 having a front home button fingerprint scanner and the Unite 4 Pro having the fingerprint scanner at the back of the device.

Camera department also seems to share similar optics with 8 MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 5 Mp front snapper.
The highlight of the phones are that they supports 6 Indian languages ( Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali and Telugu) and comes with the new Indus OS 2.0.
The Unite 4 is available in Grey, Silver and Champagne Gold color while its bigger brother Unite 4 Pro comes in only one color option Champagne Gold.
While the former will be available through offline stores, the latter will be exclusively available through Snapdeal.
